Pp96 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pp96 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other provided means of access — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pp96 platform. This platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

Pp96 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform or sent to users via their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. pp96 will never request your password via email, chat, or phone. All activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility, including unauthorised transactions that occur as a result of your failure to safeguard your login information.

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and when requested for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Providing false information or falsified documents is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure and freezing of any existing balance.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

As a pp96 platform user, you agree not to:

• Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or conduct that violates applicable Malaysian law.
• Attempting to break into, hack, or interfere with the security of the platform's systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
• Distributing harmful, misleading, or threatening content to other users or the pp96 team.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised personal gain.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, pp96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, service interruption, or financial loss resulting from betting outcomes.

The pp96 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. pp96 does not guarantee that the platform will operate free of interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times. We will endeavour to restore any service disruptions promptly; however, no compensation will be provided for any downtime incurred.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pp96 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface materials — is the property of pp96 or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from pp96.

Third-Party Links

Where the pp96 platform contains links or references to third-party websites or services, such links are provided for informational convenience only. pp96 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Pp96 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, use of false information, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any existing balance may not be refunded depending on the nature of the breach.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team via email. Any balance withdrawal is subject to the completion of all pending transactions and full identity verification.

Changes to Terms

Pp96 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notice at least seven days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the pp96 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable law.
